Al Gore Invented The Internet Does He?

To make information technology more useful for the benefit of common man, Congressman Al Gore presented a Bill (High Performance Computing and Communication Act 1991) which is commonly known as Gore Bill. The bill was crafted to finance the research activities to develop faster communication techniques. The Gore Bill favored for funding to research institutes like National Center for Supercomputing Application at the University of Illinois where a team of researchers were working on the first web browser Mosaic.
