Little children or toddlers are very adorable when they start crawling, walking, talking and saying little words. The children of the age group 2-5, are supposed to be given proper health care and diet so that they can grow up in a good manner. Just like adults, children of age group 2-5 need vitamins, minerals, proteins and carbohydrates. The health of these children is very important as it determines their future health and develops a habit in them of being clean and chooses about their food.
